Additionally, ENDURE reduces eye and skin irritation while softening the pool water for a more enjoyable swimming experience.
Easy to use, ENDURE is compatible with chlorine-free sanitizing systems such as Baquacil as well as standard chlorine systems.
Desired levels of ENDURE are between 30-50 ppm. This can be achieved by adding 2.0 pounds of ENDURE per 1,000 gallons. This will be a one time addition to the pool as ENDURE does not evaporate and is not affected by sunlight or ph and does not break down. The only loss occurs with actual water loss not due to evaporation such as backwashing and splash out.
To apply ENDURE, first backwash and rinse the filter. Apply dosage directly to entire pool surface with pump and filter running. Brush any residue that may fall to the bottom. No surface damage will occur, but excess material can "crystallize" on the bottom, and may take 24-48 hours to dissolve. DO NOT ADD THROUGH THE SKIMMER. The entire dose should be added in three equal increments with 12 hours of circulation between additions. ENDURE has a ph of 9.4, therefore adjustment to ph must be made prior to introduction of ENDURE.
To adjust ph add 10 ounces of muriatic acid or 3/4 pound of ph reducer per 1 pound of ENDURE. Acid should be added initially, immediately followed by the addition of ENDURE. The net effect to ph is neutral, thus the ph will be the same after the addition of ph adjustment and ENDURE.
