Return Policy

Funwater guarantees that all products purchased from our online store will arrive in good, working condition.  Should the pool/spa owner receive a defective product, they should e-mail us at steveh@funwater.com to notify us in writing or the customer may call our customer service number: 1-888-714-SWIM(7946) for assistance with the product and return process.   

If products are unopened and unused, customers may return them for any reason within 30 days of purchase, no questions asked, postage paid by the customer to the return mailing address found on the shipping package.  If products have been opened, products must be determined defective by the customer and an email sent to steveh@funwater.com with the product’s problem defined in the email. The product may then be sent back to the return mailing address listed on the shipping box with postage paid by the customer. Once received, the product will be evaluated and replaced to the customer within 30 days.
